Developing educational contents relating to the fundamentals of solar cell technology in local institutions; Training students and workers in PV module assembly in local institutions.

Support the national and local governments in formulating, developing, and implementing solar energy policies for the benefit of society. 

Engage local communities toward transition from carbon-based energy utilization to solar energy; Support in the installation of PV modules through Do-It-Yourself training to reduce cost, hence increase accessibility.
